A documentary about the life and legacy of the late Austin Hammond, Daanawáak, the revered Tlingit leader from Haines. The film traces Austin's life through the words of the many people who knew him best. It makes use of archival film and photographs, in addition to images of the places he worked so hard to defend and preserve for coming generations.
