Duck Soup

1 whole duck

1 cup rice

1 cup macaroni

2 tbsp. salt

1 whole pot of water

3 or 4 peeled potatoes

1/3 cup onions

Pluck and clean duck, then cut into pieces. Add water 3/4 of the way to the top of the pot, put 2 tbsp. of salt in it, then put the meat in the pot. After bringing it to a boil, add one cup of rice, one cup of macaroni, three or four peeled potatoes sliced into pieces, and 1/3 cup of onions. Cook the soup until the macaroni, rice, and meat are done
