two slabs of half dried fish [Dog Salmon or King Salmon]
1/2 gal. water
three med. sized potatoes
one med. sized onion
1/4 cup vinegar

First thaw out the fish. After it is thawed put it in a pot with enough water to cover the top of the fish. Then when it starts boiling turn the heat down and let it boil for about 20 - 25 minutes. If you want to have potatoes with it you could boil them in a pot with water for about 30 minutes. Also onions soaked in vinegar are good with the fish.
