OCR Scanned
OCR
Scanned material means that the document was scanned in
for the text. Since we do not have access to electronic
files of the document, we scan the resource
to convert it to HTML (web format). We do make great attempts
to preserve the integrity of the original by not editing
the content. However, some mistakes
may appear. For example, the word "claw" might be recognized
as "daw". We hope that we have corrected all of the scanned
material. Since we try
to make the document appear as the original, any typos
or grammatical errors may be part of the document. When
we convert the resource to HTML, some
formatting may slightly change due to current HTML software.
Keep in mind that some addresses and other information
in the material may have changed
since the date of publication. Also, remember that the
resources online are for educational use only. Feel free
to contact the Indigenous Curriculum
Specialist at any time. (907) 474-5897.
