The Giant Brown Bear

When I went to take a boat ride with my auntie Olga, uncle Tim, auntie Rose and one of Rose's kids, we saw a really big Brown bear.

We were sitting in the boat talking and laughing when someone yelled, "Wow, look at that Brown bear!"

Everyone looked, and standing there on the tundra was the biggest Brown bear I had seen in my life.

Even though the tundra was far away (we were on one of those lakes someplace upriver) we could still see it standing there looking at us.

We were sitting there in the boat watching the bear for about ten minutes. Even when it got near the top of the hill by the little trees we could still see the Brown bear running.

When it was gone over the top of the hill we started heading for home because we stayed there too long.

On our way home we saw another bear. It was a baby Brown bear this time.
