UAA School of Nursing seeks an individual who will: Provide direct supervision of the Student Success Facilitators located in Anchorage and School of Nursing sites outside of Anchorage. Ensure that staff carry out the project goals and operate within the specifications outlined in the grant requirements. Train and maintain a knowledgeable and responsive team of facilitators. Work with project director to set project goals, identify, plan, and implement statewide and local activities and events (recruitment strategies, public relations/networking, staff development, and training). Create a statewide and national presence for the project.
Evaluate and monitor program component effectiveness regarding student success as it pertains to Economically and Educationally Disadvantaged or Under-Represented students.
