The Effie Kokrine Charter School will offer both Alaska Native and non-Native students the opportunity to understand cultural diversity. Students will be able to relate to their cultural background and share the similarities and differences. This cultural identity will foster a strong understanding of the diversity of Alaska's people, and instill pride in the students and a respect for all cultures.
