Sharing Cultures 2011
   3-6 July 2011
   Tomar, Portugal

Organizers of the Sharing Cultures 2011 conference announce a call for abstracts. The conference will be convened 3-6 July 2011 in Tomar, Portugal.

Sharing Cultures 2011 follows the path established by the previous Conference on Intangible Heritage (Sharing Cultures 2009) and aims at continuing and advancing the discussion on Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH). Organizers welcome papers on the following topics:

   - Oral traditions and expressions;
   - Performing arts;
   - Social practices; and
   - Traditional craftsmanship.

htm. Individuals who wish to submit an abstract must first register for the conference. Abstracts are limited to 300 words, and must be submitted online by Monday, 31 January 2011.
