Bristol Bay Salmon Camp, Bristol Bay Economic Development Corporation

The Bristol Bay Salmon Camp is a summer program for middle and high school students throughout Bristol Bay. This is a program run by Bristol Bay Economic Development Corporation (BBEDC). During the month of July, students will work with fisheries biologist in field settings to observe salmon in their natural environment. Students will learn many things: the life history of five specifics of Pacific salmon, different salmon sampling techniques, and more. Also, students will learn about boating and bear safety practices!
