Futures for Children (FFC), an Albuquerque, NM based non-profit is looking for a dynamic, experienced candidate for the position of President & CEO. The primary responsibility is to direct the organization and align his or her vision with the organization’s future, providing leadership and direction toward FFC’s Mission, Vision and Goals. A strong executive management skill set is required. The job requires experience working with American Indian tribal nations and communities. Qualifications: Masters degree (MA) or equivalent; ten + years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven track record of donor cultivation, relationships & stewardship. Outstanding public speaking skills. Experienced with directing the fiscal function & performance of an organization. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Board of Directors, staff, American Indian communities & corporate executives.
