*Creating Contexts for including Indigenous Knowledges and Pedagogies in Science Learning - The Role of Teacher Identity, Self-Efficacy and Agency*

The University of Winnipeg is seeking participants for a project exploring teacher self-efficacy and identity development while including Indigenous Knowledges and pedagogies in science learning programs. The goal is to gain a better understanding of: how Indigenous knowledges and pedagogies are being expressed and taught; educator confidence level in reintroducing Indigenous knowledges and pedagogies; the role of teacher identity in reintroducing Indigenous knowledges and pedagogies; and institutional and/or individual motivators and inhibitors towards reintroducing Indigenous knowledges and pedagogies into education programs, research, and other activities.
