Position Description

Associate Vice Provost and Director, Office of International and Intercultural Affairs University of Alaska Anchorage
The University of Alaska Anchorage (UAA) seeks a dynamic and innovative leader, who will coordinate the strategic efforts around international and intercultural partnerships, student and faculty abroad programs, and international student recruitment and enrollment management. The successful candidate must demonstrate a passionate commitment to international and intercultural education and a deep respect for the Alaska Native and multi-cultural contexts of Alaska, along with a dedication to the service of students and faculty.

Review of applications will commence after September 23, 2013 and the posting can be closed at any time thereafter. The first round of interviews will be scheduled for mid- to late-October, with on-campus interviews quickly following.
