"This report provides, for each of the ten listed villages within Section 16 of ANCSA, information on the lands withdfrawn, the patents and land encumbrances within those areas, and information on various resources and on the development capability of the lands. There is a chapter for each of the ten villages, containing a base map showing the land selection area with overlays for existing ownerships and claims as well as timber, minerals, soils, water and other important natural and man-made resources of the lands. The report is a basic handbook for use by Native stockholders and Corporations in better understanding the potential values and resources of those lands, but makes not recommendations or suggestions regarding land selections."1
