"This is a report of a study conducted half-way through the 20-year implementation process for ANCSA. It is intended to provide a broad base of information on and issue identification and problem analysis of concerns arising from the Act. Topics covered include Native corporations, land-use planning, cash settlement, service delivery, taxation, and tribal/state relations. Vol. 3 (in two parts) is a bibliography containing approximately 2,000 citations garnered from books, government documents, periodicals and newsletters, special collections, and other sources. The emphasis is on the Interior region of Alaska but coverage is statewide. Volume 1 contains an author/title listing; Volume II is the subject index."1
