Excerpt from Introduction:

In September of 1982, the Task Force designated a Policy Advocacy Board of 12 members and charged them with the task of setting the priorities and directions for the entire group. Among the projects undertaken by the Policy Board was sponsorship of a survey of Native students at the University of Alaska, Anchorage (UAA) and Anchorage Community College (ACC). This report is the culmination of that effort.
