Detailed Description
Procedures: Instructor will show how different types of fish are cut, according to the kind of fish they are cutting. Students will follow instructions for cutting fish.
Activities:
1. Visit a fishcamp site.
2. Watch preparation and demonstration by instructor
3. Learn safety in the use of knives.
4. Students will learn the correct way to cut different types of fish, and make the proper slices. Such as cutting flat fish, strips, and slaps.
