Detailed Description
1. Students will participate in class discussion on winter clothing and learn what clothing to wear.
2. Students will participate in a field trip to a local jigging area.
3. Students will demonstrate ability to properly use jigging procedures.
4. The students use safety procedures for winter safety related to: a. snow-machines; b. tools; and, c. ice.
5. The students write about their jigging experiences and draw pictures of their activity.
6. The student learn what to do with the fish they catch.
7. Make own jigging poles.

2.The student will learn to make own fish poles for jigging.
3.The students will learn where to go for jigging and what times of the year and months.
