One time in fishcamp my whole family was sitting down having supper. And I was down on the beach making a bear trap. Then all of a sudden I heard my mom hollering, so I ran and checked to see what was going on. When I reached our tent where my mom was eating I saw a big brown sow bear and two cubs. The color of the mother bear was light brown. When the female bear stood up she was about five feet tall. While my mom was eating she saw the bears. And immediately she threw the bowl of fish down the beach. Then she began to call for help on the V.H.F. Later Gabe, Terrie and Flora Evan came by and Gabe scared the bears away with his rifle.
