The Lonely Wolf by Palassa Sergie

The Lonely Wolf

As the wolf steps out of her den,

she howls in a high pitch

and makes me feel

how beautiful the sound

in the still air.

As the wolf howls

she is alone and needs someone

to howl with her.

As the sound of her howling travels

through the quiet still air,

she wonders if anyone will answer

her howling. She stops howling,

noone answers,

she is sad and

so she wanders off.
