Wolf Story by Robert Owletuck:Palassa Sergie
Wolf Story
One cold crisp December morning Robert Owletuck and his dad, Alvin, decided to go out camping. So they got all their camping gear ready and left town on a snowmachine. They rode for about 7 hours and finally reached their camp. When they got there they saw a bunch of wolf tracks. But they left the tracks alone and unpacked their gear. After that they settled in and went to bed. The next morning they got up bright and early, then cooked up something to eat for breakfast. After they ate, Robert and his father got ready for hunting. Then they went off on their snowmachine to try to track down the wolves. They followed the tracks for about four hours until they caught up to the wolves. When they got to the wolves they were on wide open tundra and Robert's dad started to shoot at the wolves with his rifle. Robert couldn't shoot at the wolves because he was too young to shoot or handle a gun. Alvin caught one of the wolves but the rest ran away. They went over to the wolf and made sure it was dead before putting it in the sled. Then they went back to camp where they took the wolf out of the sled and tied it to a high limb on a tree. Afterwards they went inside their tent and made themselves supper. Then they relaxed for awhile and went to bed. The next morning they woke up, made some breakfast then packed up all their gear. Then they put the wolf in the sled and headed for home. THE END!!!Told By: Robert Owletuck | |
