Akutaq

1 boiled fish

5 handfuls of Crisco lard

1 cup of Wesson oil

1 cup of sugar

half bag or more of berries

fish
crisco
oil
sugar
berries

Boil fish for twenty minutes, then squish it with your fingers into a bowl. Add Crisco and oil. Mix by hand until fluffy. Add sugar until sweet enough, then pour in berries. Cool and eat. Yum!
