Boiled Fish by Mary Jane Shorty:Boiled Fish

Cut the fish into strips 1 1/2 in. wide, then wash them. Put the fish in a pot and cover with water. Then boil it until the fish starts to float. When the fish is done the fish starts to float. Take the fish out and let it cool off for a while.
