Boiled Half-dried Fish

1 half-dried fish

full pot of water

potatoes, if you want

Get one whole halfdried fish from your smoke house, cut it up, then put it in a pot. Add water almost to the top. Let it boil for about half an hour. If you want potatoes, put them in the pot at the same time and let them cook with the fish. Cool them off and eat them.
