Deep Fried Salmon

1 Chum salmon

2 cups pancake mix2 cupspancake mix

1 tbsp Crisco or bacon greasecriscobacon grease

After cleaning fish, cut fish without bones or skin into 1 sq. in. pieces. Dip fish in pancake batter, then put in a pan of hot oil. Cook until they are brown.
