FISH AKUTAQ

1 white fish
1 c. sugar
1 quart blueberries
2 1/2-3 Crisco shortening
1 tbsp oil

Clean the white fish and cut it into 4 pieces. Put it in a medium large deep cooking pot with water. Then let it boil for about 15 minutes. After it is done boiling take it out and let it cool off. Then take the skin and bones out and squeeze the meat until there is no water. Set the meat aside in a bowl. Take a large mixing bowl and put the Crisco, oil and sugar in it. Mix well with your hands until the mixture is smooth. Add a handful of fish to the mixture and mix. Keep adding the fish and mix until there are no lumps and it gets fluffy. Then add the berries and mix well. Serve.
