Fried Bread

2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
2/3 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Fried Bread

Get a large bowl and add the flour, salt and baking powder. Mix this well. Then add the egg, vegetable oil and water into the dry ingredients. Mix them until there are no large chunks. Turn the oven on low heat and add vegetable oil into a frying pan. Cut the raw dough into desired number of pieces and fry until the dough is brown. Turn the bread over and fry until this side is brown too.
