FRIED FISH

1 white fish
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1 1/2 c. flour

Heat the oil in a frying pan on low heat. Take the cleaned and gutted fish and cut it up into squares. Pour flour in a big ziplock bag, then put fish in and shake them around. Put the fish in the frying pan and fry until golden brown.
