Fried Fish

fish (your choice)
1/4 cup Crisco oil
chopped onions and spices (if you want)
frying pan

Fried Fish

Cut fish into steaks. Put 1/4 cup of Crisco oil into pan. Fry at medium heat till the fish gets brown or tan (15-20 minutes). Turn the fish to the other side and fry for 15-20 minutes or until fish is tan or a brown color. You can put onions, spices or other ingredients on fish as it's cooking.
