FRIED MOOSE MEAT

two thin slices of moose meat
1/4 cup Pam cooking spray
1/2 tsp Accent
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup Lea & Perrins sauce

FRIED MOOSE MEAT

Cut up the moose meat into thin slabs so that it won't burn when you cook it. Then season it with the above seasonings on both sides of the meat. Next spray the frying pan with the Pam cooking spray and put your meat on it. Cook the meat at low heat, and keep turning the meat from side to side so it won't burn on one side. Let it cook for about 15-20 minutes or, when poked with a fork, no blood comes out.
