Fried Moose Meat by Carmen Pitka:Fried Moose Meat
Put slices of moose meat in a frying pan. (If you use an electric pan, put the heat up to 350 degrees.) Add seasoned salt and pepper. When done, meat should look brown or sort of crispy.
