Fried Moose Meat by Olga Moxie:Fried Moose Meat
Slice off some moose meat and cover slices in flour. Add some pepper to the flour, if you want. Put 1/4 cup of oil in a frying pan. Heat the oil, then put the meat in the frying pan. Fry on both sides until there is no blood coming out of the meat.
