1/2 cup Crisco oil
sliced moose meat
medium frying pan

Fried Moose Meat

Slice moose meat into steaks. Put 1/4 cup of Crisco oil in a medium frying pan. Put sliced moose meat into frying pan and cook for 15-20 minutes at medium heat. Turn meat over to the other side and continue cooking for 15-20 minutes at medium heat.
