GROUND BEEF PATTIES

1 lb thawed ground beef

1/4 c. oatmeal

1 egg

1 tsp seasoning salt

2 tbsp Crisco

GROUND BEEF PATTIES

Heat the oil in a frying pan at medium low heat. Mix all the ingredients together in a medium sized bowl. Take a handful of the mixture and flatten it. Then put it in the frying pan and cook it for about 10-15 minutes.
