HOMEMADE SNOW ICE CREAM

2 eggs
1 can evaporated milk

3/4 cups sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

snow [freshly fallen snow is better because it will make a smoother ice cream]

eggs

milk

snow

vanilla

After beating the eggs, add the milk, sugar and vanilla. Then add the snow and mix until the ice cream has a medium thick consistency. If you want, add strawberries or other kinds of berries to add flavor. Eat right after mixing because otherwise the snow will melt.
