Cut up moose meat into little pieces. Then get a meduim or a large pan and add oil to it. Put moose meat pieces into pan. Then fry for 15-20 minutes at medium heat. Sprinkle flour on top of meat, stir, then fry for 15-20 minutes or until meat is done. Theresa George | ||
