Moose Meat with Gravy

1 / 2 tsp. of salt
1 / 4 tsp. of pepper
Lea and Perrins sauce
1/2 cup of flour
2 cups of water

Moose Meat with Gravy

Cut up moose meat into little pieces. Fry in frying pan or dutch oven pot until brown. Mix flour and water in a large bowl. Pour in meat and let it get thick like gravy. Good with rice or mashed potatoes.
