Moose Ribs

6 moose ribs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
3 cups water
2 tbls. chopped onions

Moose Ribs

First cut the ribs into desired size. Lay them in a pan fitted with three cups of water. Then sprinkle them with salt, pepper and onions. Turn the oven on at 350 degrees and cook the ribs for 2 hours with aluminum foil over them. Then pour barbecue sauce on them and cook again for 20 minutes.
