Moose Soup by Marcia George:Moose Soup
1-2 pounds moose meat 1 1/2 cups Wesson oil 1 can Veg-all 2 cups water Dice the moose meat into pieces. Place in cooking pot at medium high heat. Add 2-3 cups water and 11/2 cups Wesson oil. Before it boils, add Veg-all to mixture and cook for about 25-30 minutes.
