Pot Roasted Moose Meat by Barbara M. Fitka:POT ROASTED MOOSE MEAT
Clean the moose meat. Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Put the meat in a roaster. Then add the salt, onion powder, potato halves, water and the celery or carrot sticks. Cover the roaster with tin foil. Bake for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours for tender meat.
