garlic
pepper
salt
bacon strips
4 potatoes
1 onion

Roast Goose

Cut the potatoes in halves. Slice the onion into thin slices. Sprinkle some garlic, salt and pepper over the goose. Add bacon strips for flavor. Bake at least 3 hours in the oven to 350 degrees.
