Swan Roast

1 swan
6 whole potatoes
1 onion (sliced)

Swan Roast

Cut the swan into desired number of pieces and set them in a roasting pan. Sprinkle pepper on the meat and put the onions and potatoes around the swan. Keep in oven for one hour and a half at 350 degrees.
