Nick's Busy Summer

This summer Nick didn't do much else than work a lot here in the school. At the beginning of March he was hired as a maintenance man at the school. Since then he's done a good job, according to the school principal.

During the summer he prepared the school for the school year. The things that he and his helpers did were: paint the hallway and classrooms, work on the lights, switch the lockers around, make another arctic entry on the west side of the building, and many other things.

The people who worked with him were: Katemal Shorty, Paul Boots, Leslie Hunter Jr., Nathan Evan and Nick Andrew Jr.

The thing he liked best about this summer was his newborn baby girl. He was glad that he made it on time to Bethel for the birth. He also enjoyed the warm summer because he feels that it will probably be a cold winter again.

His plans for the rest of the fall are to get logs for firewood and go hunting because he didn't have much time to do it this summer.
