Summer Waitress Job

"During the summer I was a waitress at the Westmark Inn in Fairbanks and I had a big group of about 15 at my table. They had ordered prime rib steaks, and I was bringing in the plates, two in each hand. They had au jus sauce (kind of like gravy) on their plates, and I was holding one of the plates really high so I could get the other one down. As I was setting down one of the plates I spilled some of the au jus sauce on this guy's head and I didn't realize it until he started to scream. I picked his napkin up from his lap and started to blot the au jus sauce off his head, and since this guy was bald, he asked if this was some kind of Alaskan hair growth remedy. He was O.K. about it, but the manager of the restaurant told the manager of the hotel about it.

A couple of weeks later, after I had forgotten about it, my manager came in with a couple of big wigs from the corporation, and they all ordered the same kind of steak that the bald man had ordered. When I was bringing their order out they all put on shower caps to give me a hard time about the time I spilled some au jus on his head."
