Angeline's Trip to Kavakutak

This summer near the end of August, Angeline Coffee accompanied her husband Frank over to Kayakutak. They brought some of their grandchildren there to do some rod and reeling. Angeline also had time to do some berry picking while she was over there. She enjoyed the trip, mainly because it gave her a chance to get out of the house, away from chores, and into the beauty and relaxation of nature. Her husband and grandchildren were catching pike and a white fish with their rods while she was up on the tundra picking blue and black berries. After awhile they made a fire, ate, then set up camp and went to bed. The next day they did the same things as they did the previous day and then left for home in the early evening.
