Andy's Fun Summer

"This summer I helped Tim Andrew fish up at lngriraq. After commercial fishing was done I helped my brother, Nicholas, bring fish up for my sisters to cut. Then I made hangers for the fish and cut firewood for the smoke house. We all worked as a team. That way we did less work and had less stress.

I also went camping in Five Day Slough, mostly on a picnic spree. Over the Fourth of July I went to Kuyukutaq for a couple of days. We brought our boys along, and we had a picnic there. We had fun sitting on gravel bars drinking tea or coffee. It was real nice being out in the country, but l hated the dampness of camp.

When I was at home in Marshall, I would cook for my boys. I also tried to learn how to play Super Nintendo with them, but I didn't learn."
