My Boring Summer

My summer sounds like a bore compared to everyone else's, but I'll tell you how I spent it anyway.

Darcy and I were always together. In fact, I was with her every day.

Being with her was one of the things that made my summer exciting. I also spent quality time with Madam Mazz (Maureen), and Madam Azz (Angela.)

A lot of the summer when I was alone I thought about what I wanted to do after I graduate from High School. I thought of doing something in the Air Force. My friend in Sitka brought up this crazy idea of wanting to fly a fighter plane. We both knew the chances of our being able to do that were very slim, almost impossible, considering the fact that the G forces are so strong. And, a lot of people in this uncivilized country don't think that women could ever do such a thing but we just thought that we could have been the ones to prove everyone wrong.

I changed my idea about the Air Force and decided that I would either help homeless people or go to Africa and help the people there who needed it. It would make me feel like a much better person to do something for the people who needed support and a better life.

Later, I thought about the environment and related it to the people that I wanted to help. I thought, if there's a healthier world to live in, people wouldn't be living in such misery. So I was thinking, and I came up with an idea of controlling the garbage overload. This is what I thought.

If all the paper towel maker companies got together and mixed all of their ideas they could make one type of paper towel. It could have the Brawny's thickness, Bounty's new variable size and 50% longer paper towel, all put together. And dish soap. Why do they have to have so many? At least your dishes get clean with any of them. Makers of dish soap could get together and do the same thing. That way, you wouldn't have to waste so much material on making so many different things. I still have four years to refine my thoughts on these things.

I did other things over the summer too like help my aunt, babysit and do chores. You know, the usual thing. We went swimming a lot too. One time while I was swimming, a water beetle swam up my shirt, and I never went in the water after that.

So, basically my summer was a bore and I was really looking forward for school to start. Now that it has I wish it never had!!
