Debbie's Summertime Tale

Debbie Evan's summer first began on the 16th of May when she came back from Sheldon Jackson College. Her summer was partly spent sleeping or staying home watching television. Well, not completely. She went on a one night camping trip back there at the Muddy Lakes. While she was there she went fishing and caught 14 pikes. Afterwards she went and cut the fish.

She also went commercial fishing with her dad and uncle. And later on that summer she was asked to work in the CO-OP Store. From then on she considered her summer very boring, "because when you work in a village store where you know everyone it gets very boring." But she also felt her summer was "kinda fun."

During the late summer she went on trips to different villages such as Russian Mission and St.Mary's. She went to Russian Mission for a wedding and that was sort of fun, she said. After she came back from Russian Mission she went on swimming trips with her friends and family. But she would only go out swimming on hot days. Either that or she would just go out on boat rides. That was most of Debbie's summer.
