My Summer Vacation

This summer was kind of good. I went rod and reeling with my friend. The first day when we went my friend Alan caught about six white fish when we started using bait. I only caught four white fish, and the next day I caught two dolly vardins at Wilson Creek. Alan caught five dollies and three white fish.

Next there was commercial fishing, and I fished with my uncle and my dad. When I fished with my dad we caught two totes of chums and kings. Then my uncle Fred asked me to fish with him and I did. Almost every drift we caught a half tote of chums. After fishing was over, me and my dad and my cousins from Pilot made a "mumtagaq" by our house.

Then there was a square dance at Russian Mission, so our family went up with our two cousins and Angeline Boliver. It took us about two and a half hours. Some people from Russian Mission were drinking so I went back down to Marshall with my other dad. Later I went up to Pilot Station to visit with my grandma. I stayed only about a week there.

After that I went to Bethel and bought me a shotgun. Then I went out hunting with Mike and Jacob at Big B to hunt for geese. I caught 3 geese, Mike caught 1 goose and one duck, and Jacob caught four geese. We came home at 10:30 p.m. When I got up the next morning I went to school.
