MY SUMMER VACATION

This summer was an okay vacation for me.

I went to the sand bar and got thrown in a pond that was deep. So I swam in the pond with Yvonne, Norma, and Jason. I had fun but the bad thing was my clothes were really wet so I used a friend's clothes so my clothes could dry out.

I went to a lot of villages like Russian Mission and St. Mary's for square dancing. I had a lot of fun down there with my friends.

I went to St. Mary's for a camp called "Spirit camp"lot of people there and had a lot of fun with them. We played games, watched movies, told scary stories at night and did a little play called "Gum" which was a little different from the other plays. We went on a tour of St. Mary's too. The people that went down were Lena, Terence, and Gerilyn Fitka, Angela Kameroff, Marie Papp, and me. And there were people there from other villages like Holy Cross, St.Mary's, Hooper Bay, Emmo, Stebbins, and Marshall. They had a dance two or three times but they were boring.

Lena, Gerilyn, and I went down to Pitka's to visit for a while then Lena and I went to call home but we couldn't reach home.

So Lena called Ben Fitka's house and they finally answered us. But there was bad news that Kevin Fitka had a bad accident and he didn't make it. We were really shocked, and Lena and I went to tell Gerilyn the bad news. After that we went up to St.Mary's and we got together and told the rest of the Marshall people.

We came home early because the staff got tired of us teens and there were only about two people left who were still presenting at the camp.
