Willie H. Fitka Jr.

Mas. Inc. Pres./ Chairman of the Board Of Directors

Willie Fitka Jr. works for the Mas. Inc. Corporation. He is the President and Chairman of the Board of Directors. He has attended yearly workshops to help him do better at his job. He also has a high school education.

Willie works mostly in the office. He can work between one and four hours a day. He hopes to work at this job as long as he can. Willie works with the secretary/bookkeeper and the Board of Directors most of the time. He says that he doesn't really have a boss because he works for a private corporation.

The responsibilities of Willie's job are to set up and attend meetings, supervise the employees, and to oversee the corporation's interests. The best things about his job are that the hours are flexible and that the job is right in the village. The worst thing about his job is that there are too many regulations.

The advice he gives to the young people is to attend land workshops and get into small business administration.
